Survived by children: Rita Jeanne Wesely, Stephen Franklin Ptacek (Victoria), Theresa Marie Ptacek, Michael Christopher Ptacek (Robin), Patrick Joseph Ptacek, Thomas James Ptacek (Joann), Robert Francis Ptacek, and Mark Andrew Ptacek (Amy); 29 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Mary Ellen McNulty; daughter-in-law, Patricia Ptacek; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 29th, from 5pm to 7pm, with ROSARY at 7pm, all at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Wednesday, September 30th at 10am at St. Peter Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. For memorials, the family prefers Masses.
