My deepest sympathy to the entire Vavricek family and will keep you all in my prayers.
I enjoyed getting to know Randy at work (First National Bank). I always marveled at how Randy was always early to work and late to stay. How he did that in his condition is beyond me. He gave it his all right up to the end at work, and this was clear to anyone casually observing him. I am pretty sure that I would have been unable to do that in his condition. His work ethic was outstanding. My condolences! He will be missed!

Jason – Jen: so very very sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. He, and you, have been great neighbors all these years. Will miss having you all next door.
After a decades long fight, we knew that Randy’s illness was getting the better of him. Still, the news of his passing brings a lot of sadness. Randy was as good of a person as I have known. Any person is lucky to have even one friend like him.
I knew Randy as a fellow member at church. He usually attended the 8 am service and was very faithful in attendance. Last Easter when I visited him, I discovered he was a very knowledgeable Nebraska football fan. We will miss him.
So sorry for your loss. Will keep the Vavricek family and friends in my thoughts and prayers.
To the Vavricek family, Our heartfelt sympathy for your enormous loss. We miss Randy a lot, and we are so happy we had him & Jason & Jen as our neighbors. We really miss those visits we had at the mailbox! Randy, we will meet again with a huge plate of desert in hand.
