September 16, 1942 – February 25, 2019

Survived by wife, Judy A. Slizewski; sons, Raymond F., III “Skip” (Kristine) and John T. (Kimberly); six grandchildren: Caitlin (Max), Trenton (Allie), Joey, Daylen, Kathi, and Kristen; six great-grandchildren: Levi, Georgia, Dominick, Alexandra, Colton John, and Ben; sisters: Mary Jo Mazur (Jerry), Dorothy Rasmussen (George), Charlotte Rannells, and Michele Hartzler (Jeff).

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 1st from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm.  MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Saturday, March 2nd at 10am at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 3601 N. 65th St.  Memorials are suggested to Leukemia Foundation and St. Bernard Catholic Church.

    To Ray’s Family, I just wanted to offer my condolences to each of you. Years ago, I use to work with Ray in the Purchasing Department at Mutual of Omaha. Mostly, I would answer his phone when he was away from his desk. That was a lot of years ago, but I still remember Ray and he was a great buyer and a nice guy. Prayers to each of you.
