Robert E. Rice Jul 19, 1938 Sep 28, 2015 Preceded in death by wife, Patricia Rice, and son, Russell. Survived by children: Linda J. Lockard, Camby Caracoza, Craig W. Rice, Danny S. Reynolds, Brian L. Rice, and David Kass; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Merry Fran Quedensely; brother, Jerry Rice. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 1st, from 6pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel.
