Worked with Dick at MBIA. I liked his progressive politics in a very conservative industry and he added tremendous energy to MBIA. Truly, Stevens McAleer

My deepest condolence to Ducks family. I worked for Dick in the 1990s at MBIA. He was very supportive, always providing feedback and advice. He challenged us and rewarded us when we met the challenge. He provided wisdom and sound counsel for all the years that I worked for him. I still use today the lessons that he taught me back then. All best to you.

I am so sorry to learn of Dicks passing. I worked with him for many years at Kursk Rick law firm. He was a ball of fire. So smart and friendly. He was Bob Kutacks right hand man. He will be sorely missed

I will ever be thankful to Mr.Weill for his guidance and respect during my 10 years at Kutak Rock.
So full of energy! He would often challenge me to think outside of the box…hard to do in accounting. I feel blessed to have had his influence in my life. My deepest sympathy.
