I’m so sorry to hear about Dick’s passing. His love, joy and passion for the racing industry was like no other. I loved serving on the board with him, so rational & always willing to listen. Vicki, you and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Vickie and family, you have not left my thoughts since we first received word Dick was not doing well. Memories from the time I worked with him at Cubby’s flood my mind. We loved his Panera bagel drop offs and catching up after he retired. He was quite the businessman and I respected him so much! Continued thoughts and prayers during this time. Dick will definitely be missed hy so many.

I am very sorry to hear about Dick. My heartfelt condolences go out to family and friends of him.
Dick hired me at Cubby’s in Norfolk almost 18 years ago. I can still hear his voice today, as we talked almost daily on the phone, back in the day. I learned a lot from him, and use that knowledge every day.
Vicky and family, was sad to learn of Dicks passing. I can honestly say Dick was the best boss/supervisor I have ever worked with. Dick was very intelligent and a great mentor. Even as life goes on there will be a void left by Dick that can never be filled. Our thoughts and a prayer for you all at this time. RIP Dick you will be missed. I am so very sorry to hear of Dick’s passing. All through our high school years in Corning, Iowa, I sat between Dick and Doug Chute in home room.. There was never a dull moment! Dick was a natural leader and I know that he will be dearly missed by those who knew him. May God comfort his beloved immediate and extended family at this time of sorrow and loss.
