I will miss you sir. I trained you and was your supervisor for many years at Metro Bus. I will miss your friendly smile ad your stories you spoke of the “old neighborhood”. Thank you for sharing your home mad “Capellupo Sauce” as my wife lovingly called it. Rest in peace my friend.

Richie, The world will miss your friendly face. I remember when you would honk and wave while driving the bus in downtown Omaha.. God bless you.

Richie, You will be deeply missed by so many. I too, remember your friendly smile as you drove the Metro Area Transit bus always acknowledging as Stephanie mentioned, your customers along the way with a smile, honk and a wave! I remember all of the stories that you shared about the old neighborhood and our many discussions about which church parish had the best spaghetti dinners, and all of the laughter that we shared. God bless your family and be with them during this most difficult time. God Bless you and grant you eternal peace and rest as you are now with your family in God’s kingdom. So sorry to hear of Richie’s death. Growing up in the old St. Ann parish, I always knew him to be a respectful and friendly young man. The same can be said for the whole family. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I have a million memories with Richard and John and every one of them included laughing. Capellupo’s house was always the gathering spot in our neighborhood. Best of times brother no matter what we did. I will miss you Richard! Rest In Peace buddy!
