Born in Sac City, Iowa to Quintin and Marcella Pierce. Moved to Omaha, Nebraska when he was five.
Preceded in death by parents; brother, Billy Pierce. Survived by wife of 63 years, Ann Marie (Gruhn); sons: Steven (Stephanie) of Encinitas, CA, Scott of Phoenix, AZ, Michael (Joanna) of Davenport, IA; grandchildren: Scott Robert, Derek, Byrce, Hannah, Alex, Megan, Cassidy; two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Alda Gruhn.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Saturday, July 10th at 10am at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 13271 Millard Avenue. Interment: Graceland Cemetery.
