Bob was my “go to” guy for anything car related. He was a straight shooter and very honest about when it was time to move on from a vehicle with issues. I always enjoyed visiting with him and he will be missed by many in the Florence area. Rest in peace my friend.
Thank you Bill. Sincerely, Theresa (daughter)
Mostly knew the aviation side of Bob. What a passion he had for the subject and the planes he owned. He passed on plenty of pleasant flight memories to a large and loving family.
Thank you Steve.
It was an honor to know Bob and Carol. Together they were inspiration making a difference in the lives of many. Bob was tall and handsome, and Carol was strikingly beautiful, all reflected in their children. Bob was a devoted husband and father. Whatever he did he excelled and raised the bar to Soukup exemplary standards. I befriended the entire Soukup family in 1966 and are lifetime friends. They say that if you’re going to strive to be something in life strive to be KIND. There was no one kinder than Bob, as a successful business owner manager, and a man stepped in loving family he was the epitome of kindness to all and folks were drawn to him. His distinguished and virtuous legacy will live on indelibly woven like a finely-woven tapestry with his children, and many who were honored to know him. We are a Blessed people to have had the honor of knowing Bob and Carol. Goodbye Bob, I miss you buddy!
Thank you Gary and Dianne.
Bob was a wonderful neighbor. He was always ready to exchange gardening stories and offer the use of his wide array of tools to us with our planting challenges. I especially love and admire so much how he loved and cared for his wife Carol. He was a wonderful example of “till death do us part “. God’s peace be with you Bob.
