Preceded in death by sisters Adeline Blazek and Geraldine Bergman; son-in-law Van Burns. Survived by wife of 60 years Lillian (Pruss); children Sharon Burns, Robert Horak Jr., Jeff Horak (Lynette), Sandy ONeal (Mike), Mary Horak, Nancy Roberts (John), Dan Horak (Kim); 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother Richard; many loving relatives and friends. VISITATION begins Thursday, October 10th at 5pm with a VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at St. Thomas More Catholic Church (48 & Grover St). MEMORIAL MASS Friday, October 11th at 10:30am at St. Thomas More Church with military rites by American Legion Post 331 Memorials are suggested to St Thomas More Catholic Church.
