Preceded in death by parents. Survived by children: Eric Bates (Hieu), Tiffany Bates, and Robert Schragg Jr. (Stephanie); five grandchildren; brother, David; sisters, Sue Williams (Jerry) and Sheree Keeler (Scott); good friend and mother of his children, Connie Bates Schragg.
FUNERAL: Thursday, February 28th at 6pm at Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler’s West Center Chapel, 7805 W. Center Rd., Omaha with family receiving friends from 4pm to 6pm. Private Interment. Memorials may be directed to the family.

My condolences the the Scragg family. I worked together with Bob for a few years. He was a great man and will be missed. Sincerely Jay Cooper
Eric, Tiffany and BJ, We were very sorry to hear about Bob’s passing, He put up a good fight, but it’s a blessing his suffering is over. He was a very nice man and we were glad he was part of our family for so many years. May he rest in peace. Randy, Michelle, Josh, Jason and Megan Bland.
Stephanie and Robert he was such a great person to meet. Wish i could have known him more. Remember God is taking good care of him. I am always here and I love you.
