I really enjoyed Robert as a friend. He could remember in finite detail so many things that we did in grade and high school. Robert had such a good sense of humor and I really enjoyed seeing Robert and Barbara Ann on numerous occasions. I saw them last when they visited Jefferson July 27 & 28, 2016. I did talk to Robert after his head-on car crash on February 28, with the other driver being 18. It was his internal injuries that ultimately took his life. He spent 22 days in ICU, with Barbara Ann by his side. Robert was so wanting to attend the class of 1957 ~ 60th high school reunion on June 9-10-11. Life is precious! I will miss Robert!
