Member of Masonic Lodge #325; former Chief of Keystone Cops; member and former Runner of the Tangier Shrine; and Volunteer at VA Hospital for 19 years. Preceded in death by first wife, Carolyn Jeanette Regnas; and grandson, Jeremy Reilly. Survived by his wife, Penny; sons, Rob and wife Sharon of Little Rock, AR, Doug of Anchorage, AK, and Jim Reilly and wife Kelly of Douglas, GA; daughter, Cheri and husband Don Jenkins of Oakridge, TN; grandchildren, Mitchell Regnas, Jason Regnas, Carly Regnas, Maggie Williams, Samantha Baucom, Sara Reddick, and Kaitlin Robinson; and great grandchildren, Halle Williams, Macie Williams, Tripp Williams, Isabella Reilly, and Kye Regnas. VISITATION on Monday, June 23, 5-7pm at Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue. MASONIC SERVICE on Tuesday, June 24, at 11am at Bellevue Memorial Chapel. Interment in Bellevue Cemetery with Full Military Honors by Offutt Air Force Base Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to Tangier Shrine Roadrunners.
