Survived by wife, Mary Ann Jernstrom; daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Ken West; sons and daughters-in-law: Dr. Vance and Cindy Jernstrom, Ross and Julie Jernstrom; grandsons: Dr. Matt West and wife Dr. Jane West, Jeff West and wife Lacey, Andy West and wife Metta, Jay Jernstrom; granddaughters: Kelly Jansen and husband Clint, Kristin Jernstrom, Karie Jernstrom, Holly Jernstrom; great-granddaughter, Addison West. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 5pm-8pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Thursday, 10am, St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 84th & Pacific. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park with military rites by Millard American Legion Post 374 & VFW Post 8334. Memorials are suggested to St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
