Ronald “Ron” Alan Loney, 76, of Omaha, Nebraska died on October 24, 2022 after courageously battling multiple illnesses including  cardiomyopathy, chronic kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and others for over a decade.

He was born on June 26, 1946 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Homer and Silvia (Cimini) Loney. Ron grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he joined the United States Air Force right after high school and retired 26 years later. Afterwards, he attended Grace University to study Theology and Counseling.

Ron accepted and lived most of his life serving our Lord Jesus Christ. Numerous things brought him joy in life, such as riding motorcycles, listening to talk shows, talking with friends and family, reading books, working on computers, trying new restaurants, and learning new things. He loved his family more than anything or anyone else, other than Jesus Christ. He always made sure to leave behind many memories with his family, such as taking road trips and visiting his family in Chicago and Fort Wayne. After he retired from the Air Force, he worked multiple jobs which included working for his son, Steve, the founder and the CEO of TOYNK.com.

Ron is survived by his wife, Susan Calibo Loney; son, Steven Paul Loney; daughter, Kezia
Ronee Loney, brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Donna Bernstrauch; nephew, Jared Calibo; family in the Philippines, nephew, Mike Miller and wife Deb; Cindi Furney and husband Jeff.

The family will meet family and friends for the Viewing/ Memorial Service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 17606 Spaulding Street Omaha, NE 68116, on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at 9:30 A.M.; Interment: Omaha National Cemetery on Monday, October 31st, 2022 at 2:00 P.M.
