Ronald John Bezousek
June 21, 1945– July 24, 2025
Ron Bezousek (Sr.), age 80, of Omaha, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He lived a life marked by kindness, humor, and humility.
Ron spent three decades working at Omaha Steaks, where he was respected for his loyalty and dedication. Beyond his professional life, he was devoted to family and found joy in fishing, socializing, supporting his grandchildren, and spending time with his basset hound, Blue.
Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Beth Bezousek; parents, Louis and Irene (Victor) Bezousek; sisters, Pat Shepherd, Nancy Proctor; brother, Richard Bezousek; brother-in-law, Lawrence Proctor.
He is survived by his daughter, Barbara (Randy) Wolfe; son, Ronald (Becky) Bezousek Jr.; 4 grandchildren: Thomas Wolfe, Madison, Maxton, and Morgan Bezousek; brother, Robert (Debbie) Bezousek; sister in-law, Brenda Bezousek; brother-in-law, Gerald Shepherd; and many nieces and nephews.
ROSARY: Thursday July 31, 2025, 7:00PM , Mary Our Queen Catholic Church, 3405 S. 118th St., Omaha with VISITATION beginning at 5:00PM.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, August 1, 2025, 11:00AM , Mary Our Queen Catholic Church. A luncheon will follow.
INTERMENT: St. John’s Cemetery Niche.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Ron’s name can be made to Nebraska Humane Society or Mary Our Queen Catholic Church.
