Preceded in death by father, Richard Atkins. Survived by, wife, Amber; daughters: Laurel, Alex and Josie Atkins; mother, Audrey Atkins; brothers, Scott and Randy (Kim); six nieces and nephews; five grandnieces and grandnephews; former wife, Denise Atkins.
FUNERAL: Thursday, December 13th at 4pm at Bethel Christian Ministries, 3702 Giles Road, Bellevue, Nebraska. Private Interment: Peru, Nebraska.
Memorials are suggested to the Josie Atkins Educational Fund or to Bethel Christian Ministries.
