Preceded in death by wife, Donna Jean. Survived by children, Calvin (Nancy) Ashley and Susan (Patrick) Smith; three grandchildren: Adam, Nick, and Jennifer; five great-grandchildren.
VISITATION begins Sunday, May 19th at 2pm, followed by FUNERAL SERVICE at 3pm at the West Center Chapel. Private Interment. Memorials may be directed to the Shriners Mobile Nobles.

Also proceeded in death by second wife Anna Larsen-Ashley. Survived by step-children, Mary (Bob) Chapin, Pamala Larsen-Anstine and Bill Larsen; three step-grandchildren: Arnessa, Bill and David.

Susie, Calvin & family, I am so very sorry & we send our deepest sympathies. So many wonderful memories have flooded me this evening. So so many. He was such a kind & gentle man. May God wrap you in His arms and give you strength. Your Dad is at peace. Love you.
My condolences to the family. I have many memories of Russ throughout my childhood. Riding bikes up and down the nice black top driveway. Picking cherries from his trees out back. And always a friendly neighbor hello whenever I saw him. So sad about this news. RIP Russel.
