Preceded in death by parents, Leo and Mary Baldwin; brother, Tony; sister, Casey. Survived by siblings: Barbara Baker (Thomas), Beth Knowlton, Susan Walker, Maggie Baldwin, Molly Shimerdla, Conrad Baldwin (Linda), Leo Baldwin (Rhonda), Chris Baldwin, and Ann Tuohy; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends. Also survived by Walt Leick.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 25th, from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Tuesday, June 26th at 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2207 Wirt St. GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Tuesday, 2pm, St. Joseph Cemetery in Council Bluffs.
Memorials are suggested to Special Olympics of Iowa.

My sincere sympathy to Sally’s entire family. Sally was a freshman student and I a senior student at Bergan Mercy’s radiology school. She was always so much fun, I share in your loss.
