Preceded in death by parents, Jean and Sam Taylor. Survived by wife, Stephanie F. Taylor; children: Ashton Taylor, Celine Taylor, and Mallory Taylor; brothers: Tim, David, and Christopher; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, Jan. 4th from 6pm to 9pm at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 14680 California St. SERVICES Friday, Jan. 5th at 10am, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke Medical Center.

R.I.P Sam, Thank you for the laughs at OTC (Bruno Mars) was my favorite!!! You will you be greatly missed!!!

Stephanie. My heart breaks for you at this time. I have followed you on face book and loved to see you and your family grow up. I have loved your positive out look on life and the joy your family brings to you.
Your love for Sam will forever stay with you and the eternal convents you have made with him will be cherished now even more than before
