My condolences to the family. When I saw the notice, his name was so familiar but I didn’t know why. Now I do. My late husband, Charlie Hill, and I used to own an 8-plex at 19th and Burt. It was bought and torn down by Creighton. But when Charlie had it rehabbed it in 1985 to make nice apartments, he bought all the carpet from Sandy Kasner Carpeting. It was a nice memory for me and I’m sure you’ll have many wonderful memories of Sandy.

Sandy was the Best! I loved working with him over the years. He always provided great service to my clients. When he measured a house for carpet or flooring it amazed me. So sorry for you loss Renee.

Sandy, you were a true gentleman yet always one for a laugh. You made me smile on days I felt I didn’t belong in the flooring dept. I am priviledged to have known you. Rest in
    Peace, you deserve it.
