HOUTCHENS, Sara Ann, Dec 16, 1956 Oct 2, 2010. Passed away at home after a four-year battle with breast cancer. Preceded in death by son, Joshua Eckley; father, Ervin Lewis; brother, Jeff Lewis; brother-in-law, Paul Lloyd. Survived by daughter, Stephani Eckley; mother, LaVaughn Lewis; sisters: Debbie Lloyd, Sue Grishaber, Marty Calabro (John Dux), Barb Lewis, Mary Evans (Tom) and Kelly Lewis; brothers: Scott, Chris and Jim Lewis; nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 4:30pm to 7pm, followed by SERVICES at 7pm at the West Center Chapel. Private Interment. Memorials may be directed to the family.
