Roy and all of the family. My deepest sympathy for the loss of Sara. She was my sister and best friend.
Roy, I was with Sara when you two met years ago. No one knew that the meeting of you two would last for so many wonderful years. Look at the great family you two have had together. What a blessing you two have been for each other. I was blessed to have her for my sister and you as my brother-in-law. May God bless each of us with the good memories we shared with her, Love and hugs, Brenda Wintersole

Thank you so much for the kind words Brenda! Sara loved your phone calls and trips she had going to see you and her family in Georgia! She was such a fun character to be around, she had no filter, which could get her into trouble sometimes, but that is why she was so fun–she always told it like it was and you never had to guess how she was feeling about something or someone! She talked about you all the time and I know you spent hours on the phone multiple times a day catching up with each other, even when she was sick you always were there to talk to her or Roy-and that is so appreciative! I will cherish my fun memories of her and her sassy attitude! She had that everyday even when she wasn’t able to talk much, she still gave you her Southern Sara Sassiness! She will be greatly missed as a mother, mother in law, grandmother, and her favorite title, Gigi!! Dance with Sandy now Sara!! RIP!!!

We heard of Sara’s passing from Jackie Muessigmann tonight. We want to extend our condolences to Uncle Roy, Steve and family. Although we can’t be there to help you celebrate her life, we will be with you in our hearts and prayers. She always had a smile for us and was genuinely loved by both of us.

i really enjoyed the times Sara would come down here to Georgia to her class reunions and she would take me with her and we would dance like crazy. Those were fun times! I will miss her and I know y’all will too. She even taught Heather how to braid her own hair. You are in our prayers.

    To Roy and Family,
My deepest sympathy to you all. I remember Sara when visiting my sister Karen. Sara would come over and talk about her trips, and she was a talker. I remember Karen and Bob would speak so fondly of Sara. May she Rest In Peace……..Lori Cheros
