Sladovnik; nephews: Kenneth Sladovnik (Roberta), Steven Sladovnik (Mari), Kevin Sladovnik (Kirsten), Scott Sladovnik (Amy); grandnieces and grandnephews: Madeline, Claire, Ethan, Isabella, Sydney, Courtney, Darby, Sutton, Harley and Elle; sister-in-law, Beverly Sladovnik; aunt, Marcella Carlsen; beloved pets, Sasha and Cali. VIGIL SERVICE Sunday, 7pm, West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, 9:30am, West Center Chapel to Mary Our Queen Catholic Church for MASS at 10am. Interment, Calvary. VISITATION from 3pm Sunday, with family receiving friends 5pm-7pm at the West Center Chapel. Memorials are suggested either to Nebraska Humane Society or to a charity of your choice.
