Shobha Priyadarshini Bangaru

Shobha Priyadarshini Bangaru

February 1, 1985 – May 15, 2024

Shobha was born on February 1st, 1985, to parents Mr. Prabhudas & Mary Martha
in Prakasham district, India.

She earned her Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology in
India. She is a beloved daughter,
sister, loving wife and a great mother who cares dearly. She always
treats people nice with a smile on her face all the time. She never
judged people and always says, People are imperfect and only God is
perfect. She loved her Lord Jesus Christ, meditates Bible regularly and
prayerful. When she faces any problem, she does not get down but takes
that problem to God in prayer.

Due to her husband’s work, her family moved to Omaha in 2015. When
they arrived in Omaha; they attended Brookside Church in Omaha for
about 5 years. In the same church, Shobha and her husband Raja, both
of them got baptized on the same day. When her family moved to Elkhorn
in 2020, they started attending Grace Fellowship Church. Shobha always
used to admire GFC people saying, older generation believers are the
best in reflecting Christ’s love.

She was a stay-at-home mom, but very busy all day taking care of
the needs of her husband, Raja and her two boys Ivaan (11 years old)
and Paul (3 years old). She believes staying at home would help spend
more time with the family and raise kids in faith. She loves playing
Bile quiz game with her first son Ivaan every night before sleep. She
is a beautiful soul always loves and cares for people around her.

When she was first diagnosed with Ovarian cancer, the family was in a
shock but Shobha did not fall back but prayed about it more fervently.
She always believed God has the power to change things. She believed
she would be healed until the end, but the Sovereign Lord’s plan was
something different. In spite of all the pain and suffering, she never
complained even once, “Why me Lord?” instead, asked God to give her,
His grace, compassion, strength, courage to bear it. She always put a
brave face to her boys, her husband, dad and always said, “Everything
will be alright.”  She literally has finished her race and kept her
faith till the end. She loved Psalm 91 and Psalm 23. She remembers
Psalm 23 by heart and the day before she passed away (May 15th), she
was meditating on Psalm 23 and often repeating the verse “I will dwell
in the house of the Lord Forever.” We believe she is now in the
presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ face to face in heaven
with holy angels and saints around, free of earthly suffering and
pain.

Survived by husband, Raja Chaithanya Bangaru; and sons, Ivaan Vijay Bangaru and Paul Immanuel Bangaru.

Shoba and our family first met when she was 10 years old in the postal colony of Guntur.Everyone who knew Shoba will miss her greatly. She was a sweet, gentle, kind, loving, and quiet person.
I am hopeful that Shoba is resting peacefully in Jesus’s presence. I believe that God will wipe away every tear from her eyes. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May the peace of our loving Lord Jesus Christ reign in your hearts during this difficult time.
