Sid was a good friend and a man of principle and good character.

I have lost a good friend. My husband, Lee (who passed 3 years ago) lived with Sid and his family when he was a senior in high school. They were like brothers. We had so many wonderful times together with Sid & Sandy. We double dated a lot, we were in each others weddings, we lived across the street from each other when our children were very young, and I most recently saw Sid and Sandy in September on my 80th birthday. It has been a very long and good relationship even though we ended up living in Kansas & Nebraska a state apart, We did continued to see each other, just not as often as we would have liked. My love and prayers are with Sandy and her family.

Aunt Sandy, Lori, Brian and family I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Sid. I remember his big laugh and his playful teasing when we were little girls. He went out of his way to the birth certificate place in Omaha for me so I could have it for my college application which I know was a huge inconvenience back in 86 when moved to in NC and my parents couldn’t find it.. I have always appreciated that kindness. Sending hugs and prayers for comfort and peace. Love you!
