RIP Betty you were a wonderful, wonderful, woman. You will be truly missed. I’m sure you will be busy keeping god’s garden in order!!
When I was young, Aunt Betty taught me how to make my first chocolate chip cookies, taught us the “I think mice are nice” song, read books with us, listened and talked and laughed with us, and so much more. As I grew older, I was always impressed that she was a smart, strong willed woman who made a difference — she was quite a role model to me. She is a wonderful person whom i know we all will dearly miss. Thank you Aunt Betty !
RIP Sr. Mary Beth.
So sorry to hear about my Aunt Sister Mary Beth or Betty we would call her! She was a wonderful person and God had blessed her every day! Rest In Peace, 🌹❤️🌹
Will think of you and your love of flowers when I see my Hostas.
Rest In Peace Sister Mary Beth. You were one cool lady. I always had a great time hearing about gardening and family history from you.
Thank you Aunt Sister Mary Beth for always making me feel so special whenever I was around you and for all of your enthusiasm and love towards everything around you. I loved hearing all of your knowledge about the plants and gardens around the convent. I will miss you and look so forward to listening to your garden knowledge again in heaven one day. Bless you~ Kyrstin (Malley) Bauer
Sr. M B, we will forever miss cheerful smile. May you always keep God’s flowers blooming.
Your smile continues to bless our hearts. Your flowers, shrubs, trees continue to bless our eyes when we take time to look. No matter what season around here, your touch remains. I praise God for you, my hs teacher, my plant-advisor, my elder ND-sister…. Heaven rejoices at your arrival and here on earth, we have the memories of your presence.
Our Dear Dear Aunt Sr. Mary Beth…how we will miss you, your Spirit, your knowledge, your energy, your love for life & people, your love for your Notre Dame Sisters & God. You have taught us much! We loved the trips we took with you, especially the Alaska one. It was fun to show you another new part of the world you hadn’t seen yet. Kevin will miss your talks of history & Lewis & Clark. I will miss our talks of flowers & gardening, sewing, & crocheting, family. As hard as it is to let you go, God was excited to receive you into His Arms. We will love you forever.

We were saddened to hear about Sr. Mary Beth. She was a Home Ec teacher at Aquinas High School in David City in the 1970’s.
Heaven rejoices at your coming! I remember so well your constant smile and the happiness you showed as you taught us. Your senior home ec. class was a joy in my school year. I always remember you when I see roses.
You had a great personality and loved talking with you. Rest Peace Sister. I know you are with our lord.
Rest in Peace Sr. Mary Beth
