Richard T. Rich Steimer January 10, 1943 – December 11, 2015 Retired 34-year OPPD lineman. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruth. He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy (Martin); sons: Tom, Kevin (Carrie), Gary, Scott (Melissa) Justin; daughters, Lisa Crynes (Alan Cole), Carrie Braun, Kristie (Jim) Dufek; thirteen grandchildren; brother, William Bill; many other beloved relatives and friends. VISITATION Tuesday, December 15th from 4pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICE Wednesday, December 16th at 1pm at the West Center Chapel. Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family for the charities of their choice.
