Few people could keep an event moving forward the way Steve could. We are all blessed to have experienced the wonderful skill and humor he brought with him everyday. Will miss you buddy!

He was a real professional, and the industry knew this and recognized him for his skill and accomplishments. He had the love and respect of people who worked with him and friends and musicians. A real tragedy. So sorry for all involved.

The man was the by far one of the greatest people on earth I know. When I spoke to him a few months ago he was so positive, the way he was with everything he touched. I will miss him dearly and am so sad that we did not speak again before his passing. He was a man of vision – “BogieVision”. My heart goes out to Nancy and the girls, they were the love of his life.

Bogie… Rest In Peace my friend. Thank you for the early learnings and mentorship. My prayers are with your family. Take heart in knowing that they know you are now directing traffic for THE BEST BAND EVER. We are sorry you’re gone but look forward to seeing you soon.

Nancy & Family, My heartfelt prayers and sympathy on the loss of Steve. I worked for many years with Steve at Ak-Sar-Ben and following that thru the Romeos, as we knew them very well (were neighbors many years ago) . Steve was a great guy and co-worker. We always enjoyed our time working together for River City Roundup. May God bless you and your family with many loving memories for years & years to come!
