Susan Beth “Susie” Hokanson

October 16, 1947 – October 28, 2018

Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Virginia Scott; brother, George Scott.  Survived by husband, Dean T. Hokanson; sons, Dean Hokanson III (Michelle) and Beau Hokanson; grandchild, Cole Hokanson; brothers, Tom Scott (Carol) and Jim Scott (Jane); numerous nieces and nephews.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Friday, November 2nd at 11am at All Saints Episcopal Church, 9302 Blondo.  Memorials are suggested to All Saints Episcopal Church.

    I am so sorry that Dean and all of the family have lost our very special Susie. She is rejoicing in Heaven which is comforting even though we will all miss her greatly. I love all the Hokanson family and am thinking of you! Love Martha Butterfield.

    Dean, we have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers during your time of loss. Tim, Christine, Randy and I have such wonderful memories of Susie!     Words can’t express how saddened I am for your family. I am honored and blessed to have known Susie, and I will miss her deeply. Susie has meant so much to my family and we will always remember her sunny disposition and her sense of humor. Truly a beautiful soul.

    Dean and family Dave and I are heartbroken to hear of Susie’s passing. She was a very kind and special lady who will be dearly missed. I know Dave has many fond memories of Susie that he’ll always treasure. Our thoughts, prayers and love go out to you at this difficult time.

    Susie was such a wonderful woman and I’m so lucky to have had her as my aunt. She was full of love for those around her and will always be remembered for her sweet smile and her love of family.

    I am so sad for your loss. Susie was a beautiful woman Always so nice to me. She was so supportive of my art.. I loved calling her friend. My sister Jeaanne Buscher,is broken hearted. She and Susie loved each other since you lived as neighbors. May God bless you .

    Dear sweet Susie, not sure how the world is going to muddle on without you. At least I rejoice that my last words to you were “I love you.” Dean and family, my heart is broken, but knowing Susie was a lesson in healing. My very most heartfelt condolences to you all.
