Survived by husband, Greg Swafford; sons: Mike Leddy, Chip Leddy (Adair), Joshua Swafford, and Joseph Swafford (fiancée, Julia Petersen); grandchild, Fallon Leddy; brothers, Daniel J. Nelson (Charmagne) and Tim G. Nelson (Cathy); sister, Amy M. Koziol (Chaz); nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 31st from 2pm to 4pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 4pm, all at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Monday, June 1st at 11am at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, 15353 Pacific. Graveside Service Monday, 2pm, Calvary Cemetery.
