Tanner Robert Farrell was born on January 21, 2004, in Omaha, Nebraska.  Ralston High School will be honoring Tanner with his high school diploma posthumously.  Tanner worked for Hy-Vee (96th and Q) as well as Boulder Creek Amusement Park in 2020 and 2021.

Tanner’s love for sports was obvious to all who had the pleasure of watching him compete with baseball and basketball throughout his youth and high school years.  His senior season brought him to the Ralston Rams where his sports family grew even more.  Fishing, golfing, playing online games like Fortnite and Rocket League, board games and puzzles were a few more of his favorite past times. Always with his closest friends.  While playing baseball and basketball, Tanner and his family traveled throughout the states. Colorado was one of Tanner’s most favorite places, along with Disney World and other amusement parks.  This past year, Tanner (and family) along with his girlfriend, Brooke, were able to attend a Kansas basketball game for the first time in person.  Game days in Lincoln, Nebraska for the Huskers was another place you could frequently find Tanner.

Those who knew Tanner, knew his grace, infectious smirk, sense of humor and his caring and compassionate heart.  Tanner will be missed dearly by all who knew him and he will forever hold a special place in our hearts. #TF6
