Preceded in death by parents, John and Laura; stepmother, Theresa. Survived by wife, Deborah L. Heath; sons, Brian (Michelle) and Kevin (Dianne); grandchildren: Jacob, Amanda, Laura, Mallory, and Nathaniel.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, Jan. 11th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by MEMORIAL SERVICE at 7pm.

So very sad to hear about my cousin Terry , he was.so great . Praying for your family . I use to love staying with his mom and dad .
