Born on Dec 20, 1924 on a very snowy day to William and Ellen Reich. Preceded in death by husband, Richard M. Chalupsky; brother, Norman Reich); sister and brother-in-law, Rose and Mathew Kisicki. Survived by daughter, Jean M. Chalupsky; son, Jerome C. Reich; stepson, John Gates; nephews: Jim Kisicki (Elli), Larry Kisicki (Marsha), and Bill Kisicki (Marilyn); niece, Norma Reich Kenney (Jerry); special friend, Virginia Gentry; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 27th from 5pm to 7pm at the Bel Air Chapel, 12100 W. Center Rd., followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Friday, July 28th at 10am at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 11802 Pacific. Entombment, Calvary Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, please direct offerings to St Robert Bellarmine Garden Endowment or Masses.

I am so sorry for your loss. Thelma was a very special person and a true angel on earth as well as in heaven. Thelma will be truly missed by all.
