Thomas C. Brown

BROWN, Thomas C. Jan 15, 1923 – May 29, 2013 Thomas C. “Tom” Brown was born in Live Oak, Florida and was the youngest of nine children. Tom was a WWII veteran who served in the U. S. Navy and was awarded a Purple Heart in 1944. He was a member of Mizpah Lodge #302 for many years. Tom is survived by his wife of 66 years, Virginia Brown; daughter, Chris Blumkin (Ron); son, David Brown (Tina); grandchildren: Matthew (Christina), Dan, Ashley, and Amber; great-grandchildren, Braydon and Ari. The family will receive friends Friday, May 31st from 6pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Saturday, June 1st at 11am at the West Center Chapel. Private Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park with military rites. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Heartland Family Service or VFW Post 2503.
