Thomas E. Farrell
May 21, 1964-April 28, 2025
Thomas “Tommy” Edward Farrell passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on April 28, 2025, in Omaha, NE at the age of 60. He was preceded in death by his father, John Thomas Farrell; niece, Nicole Farrell; nephew, Kieran Farrell. He is survived by his mother, Leone (Sledge) Farrell; siblings: William Farrell (Buffy), Regina Wyskowski (Michael), Joseph Farrell (Heather), Sheila Orr (Jim), Kathleen Rieschl (Michael); many nieces and nephews.
Tommy had a strong devotion to the Blessed Mother and made many pilgrimages. His presence will be missed at First Friday and First Saturday Mass as he regularly attended.
Tommy embraced his cross in the end. Sharing this quote, from St. Padre Pio; “Do not fear adversities because they place the soul at the foot of the Cross, and the Cross places it at the gates of Heaven, where it will find He who triumphed over death and will introduce it to eternal life.”
Tommy pray for us, as we will for you.
VISITATION: Saturday, May 3, 2025, beginning at 9:00AM followed by a ROSARY at 9:30AM and MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 10:00 AM, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 5219 S. 53rd St., Omaha.
INTERMENT: St. John’s Cemetery, Bellevue, NE.
The family prefers Masses.
