Survived by, wife, Anne Marie; children, Tudor Lewis (Angelia) and David G. Lewis (Ruth); grandchildren: Taliesyn, Arianwen, Claire, Aaron, Abigail, and Zachary; special relative, Dick Lewis of Kent, Ohio.
The Family will receive friends on Friday, September 27th, from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 6:45pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Saturday, September 28th at 10am at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church, 3405 S. 118th St. Inurnment: Calvary Cemetery.

Tom was a wonderful person to talk to. I loved visiting with him and listening to his wisdom. Charming to know and he will be missed. My love to the entire family.
