My condolences to Tommy’s family and friends. My heart is heavy and broken. Tommy was like our little brother. We have been friends somewhere around 30 years. He and my husband have been friends much longer. They worked together at CSI and the railroad. Tommy was one of the good guys with a heart of gold. He kept you laughing and smiling. I am going to miss our conversations, especially the ones that lasted for hours. I know you are at peace and for that I am grateful. May you fly high with the angels. You are dearly missed and loved by many. Our prayers for the family. .🙏🏼🙏🏼

Although it has been years since I spoke with Tom I frequently thought about him. He was such a good friend to me. I wish I could tell him how my life would have been less without knowing him. Thank you for all the great memories Tom. RiP

I haven’t seen Tom in years, but all the memories of him and our group have never left. Tom was glue that bonded us all together. His great sense of humor and friendship to so many is why we all loved him. Always quick with a joke and a smile, Tom was a great friend and will be missed by so many.

With profound sadness, I offer my condolences. So many cherished memories of a childhood living next door to him that I could fill pages. He, his parents, and wonderful sisters will always and forever remain dear to me. I can’t assuage the pain you girls are feeling except to say that he was a good man.

I am sad to learn of Tom’s passing. My prayers for comfort to all the family, especially Marianne and Suzanne. I grew up in Omaha and spent many great amazing years with his family. Tom was quite a bit younger and at that time we called him Tommy he was always such a cute little boy. Sending you my love and my sincere condolences.

Tom is a man I will always hold in high regard. I would not be the man that I am today without him. Growing up he was my best friend and I always viewed him as my father and my only regret is that we lost touch over the last decade. We very occasionally stayed in contact with extensive conversations on the phone, which will be cherished. I have many fond memories with Tom and he is at the center of most of my staple 1st’s as a child while growing up. I am very thankful I recently had the opportunity to tell him how much he meant to me, as I now have children of my own. I have so much respect for what he did for not only me but my mom and siblings. The figure he was in all of our lives, and what he did for us, shows his true character and I will always love him for that. My heart goes out to the rest of his family. A part of Tom will live on in the rest of us that he has touched through his life.

Dear Marianne & Suzanne so very sorry to hear of Tom’s passing I’m sure it’s very hard for both of you, he is with mom and dad now and I’m sure they are happy to see him, so very sorry I didn’t make it to your mom’s funeral as I was sick at the time. Don’t know if you heard that I lost Lou it will be 3 years the 16 of Oct. He was 88, I’m now living in at Richmont it’s an independent living place very nice to be around people. We do many things here so keeps me busy don’t drive much any more just around this area so won’t be there but do know I will be thinking of all of you and my prayers go out to each and every one of you.

To say I will miss this man would be an understatement, a man I’ve always looked up to. From teaching me to drive, taking me to and from my first jobs, and helping me get ready for my first school dance – to the joy he had taking me on a tour of my high school, the same one he attended as a kid – it will always bring a smile. He taught me to always fight for what I believe in and to not let anyone walk all over me and to stand up for others, What he did for us kids and my mother was beyond amazing. I will cherish every memory I had of him with a heavy heart. I hope he may rest in peace.

I just learned of Tom’s passing. We were friends for several years. He had rhe best personality and brought happiness to my life when I really needed a friend. I made a beautiful quilt for his 48th birthday that was railroad themed. He was so surprised yet extremely humble about accepting it. He had a beautiful soul and such a kind heart and he loved his mother dearly. I will miss him. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace, Tom.

Getting Tom as my conductor always made me smile because I knew I was going to have an enjoyable trip with lots of laughs. He was a friend and loved by everyone out here on the railroad. We all lost a brother.
