Survived by brothers, Dave Juszyk (Patty) and Ken Juszyk (Terrissa), all of Omaha; significant other, Jamie Arens; stepdaughter, Jade D.; niece, Amy Cheney (Justin); nephews: Eric Juszyk, Chad Juszyk, Kevin Juszyk (Anita), and Ryan Juszyk; grandniece, Natalie. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 17, 3pm to 5pm with VIGIL SERVICE at 5pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, March 18, 10am, West Center Chapel to St. Thomas More Catholic Church for MASS at 10:30am. Entombment, St. John Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorials are suggested to St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
