Thomas Leonard Andersen
July 14, 1961 – July 25, 2023
It is with deep sadness that the family of Thomas Andersen announce his passing. Tom is lovingly remembered as a devoted husband of 42 years and loving father to his children and grandchildren. Among so many things we will miss about him, we will miss his boisterous laugh, his love for Nebraska sports, and how he brought us such joy and laughter over the years. Tom’s life ended too soon, and too abruptly, but his memory will carry on for a lifetime.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Delores Andersen. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Mort Andersen; son, Carlos Castillo (wife Shana); daughter, Lisa Andersen Craig (husband Marcus); son, Andrew Andersen (wife Lindsey); daughter, Beth Andersen Benes (husband Zach); daughter, Ashley Andersen McLaughlin (husband Nate); brothers, Robert and
Timothy; sisters: Kathy, Kristi, and Kimberly; 18 grandchildren with one on the way. We will miss him deeply.
The family invites you to join us for a visitation, Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 2pm – 4pm, followed by a prayer service at 4pm, all at West Center Chapel.
Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, July 31 at 10:30am at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church.
Interment: Calvary Cemetery
Immediately after the funeral, please join us for a luncheon celebration of Tom’s life.

Tom was an amazing colleague we enjoyed some great conversations! His passion to help people was so prevalent in his life. My prayers of peace and thoughts are with you all.
My sincere sympathy in the passing of cousin Tom. I didn’t know Tom as a adult, but we must have met as children. To all the Andersen family, ill have you in my thoughts and prayers. God bless all at this sad time.
