Tyler Christopher Haney

Tyler Christopher Haney

January 8, 2003 – April 15, 2023

Tyler Christopher Haney did everything in life big. He loved big, laughed big, played big, and shared his big heart with everyone around him. In his short 20 years, he traveled, found his passions in family, baseball, being outdoors, and loving all animals.

His biggest love of all was his daughter Mia. It was his love for Mia that sparked the complete transformation in his life. Life wasn’t always easy for Tyler. While he had struggles in life, Tyler always found a way to lend a helping hand and bring a smile to those around him.

Tyler was preceded in death by his brother Marcus E. Haney and sister Michayla C. Haney, his grandfather, Larry Fox, and grandmother Cheryl Haney. Tyler leaves behind his beautiful daughter Amelia “Mia” Rose Haney, his parents Chris and Diana Haney, brothers, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Tyler’s life will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 4 pm at Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler, West Center Chapel, Omaha, Nebraska. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for the formation of a trust in his daughter’s name.
