Survived by daughters: Marilyn Slezak (John), Connie Richardson (Kenny), and Roberta Hoskovec (Michael); eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Delores Chase; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday, August 11th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Tuesday, August 12th at 11am, West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to Multiple Sclerosis Society.
