Vernon E. McWhirt
August 14, 1942-August 3, 2025
Vern is survived by many family members and good friends including his three children: Lynette, Lloyd and Sean and his five grandkids.
Gene and Lynette Braun have, Kyler and twins, Drake and Drew along with grand-dogs, Rex and Bo; Lloyd and Kirsten have two sons, Brandon and Alexander; Sean and Deanna have a grand- dog named, Mortimer.
Vern liked hunting, fishing and country & western music (as he liked to call it) and liked to dance.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Martha McWhirt; twin brothers, Allen & Alvin; brother, Ralph.
He was a very charitable man, donating to the Humane Society, children’s hope organizations, the VFW and others. He was a member of Dundee Church, and a gentle soul that will be missed by many.
