 Preceded in death by husband, Leonard J. Potter. Survived by granddaughter, Tina (Michael) Cherek; great-grandchildren, Karma and Aiden Cherek.

VISITATION begins on Tuesday, July 26^th at 5pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 6:30pm.  FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, July 27^th at 10am, West Center Chapel.  Interment:  St. John Cemetery.
