Thinking of you all during this time.
A childhood friend…I will miss him dearly .Walter would help anyone in need .He set a high standard I always tried to follow. A good, kind, man. It’s was an honor to have him as a friend and mentor. .GOD BLESS HIM.
I would like to send my thoughts and prayers for Walt to his family and friends
So sorry to hear about Walt. We will keep him in our prayers. May the special memories you have of Walt give you comfort,
A bright & shining star has been taken from us. He was unique, one of a kind, lively & exuberant. He embraced all the splendor life had to offer, touching the lives of all that had the pleasure to know him. Treasure those memories. God Bless.
Walt will be missed deeply. Enjoyed having him at the Platteview Trojan baseball games! He was a true fan of the Thomas boys!! He will always be with us in spirit..
Sorry for the loss of your loved.one. I did not know or remember your brother was a Deputy. My father was as well.
May he rest in peace..
Walt and I knew each other for many years. We both worked for Douglas County Sheriff Department and Sarpy County Sheriff Department. We had many laughs and good times together. I remember him inviting me over to his house in Gretna for dinner. He made spaghetti. We had enough for 10 people. I remember little things like his having a toothpick in his mouth so often. RIP Walt and I will see you again.
Walt will truly be missed. He was such a positive spirit and never missed any of my boys baseball games. Walt, the next home run a Thomas boy hits, will be for you! God Bless
Sarpy County,s finest, love ya
