Survived by wife, Lori; son, Steven Edward and wife Janie and their children Charissa, Brian and Douglas; son, Herbert David and his children Nicholas David and wife Amy, Jessica Ellen and her husband Chad Blackmon and great-grandchildren Abby, Andrew, Jake and Brooklyn; son, William Todd and his wife (Patti) and their children Amanda and husband Eric Peterson, Danny, and great-grandchild Joshua; son, Michael Allen and wife Marti and their children Russ and Willie; brother, Bob (Audrey) Beard; sister, Alice (Dave) Davies. The family will receive friends Monday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., West Center Chapel. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery with military rites by Ralston American Legion Post 373.
