Preceded in death by parents, Gertrude and Lloyd Beans; brother, Charles W. Beans. Survived by wife, Letitia H. “Tish” Beans; son, William S. Beans, Jr. (Kim); daughter, Katherine B. Leskovar (Jack); grandchildren: Meghan Beans, Molly Beans, Jacob Leskovar, Will Leskovar, and Sophie Leskovar; step-grandchildren, Madeline Maersk-Moller, Emily Maersk-Moller, and Andrew Maersk-Moller; sister-in-law, Cynthia H. Muter.
VISITATION Thursday, March 23rd from 12noon to 1pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church, followed by MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL at 1pm at the church. Interment, St. Joseph Cemetery in La Pointe, Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Visiting Nurse Association, 12565 W. Center Rd. Ste. 100, Omaha 68144; or Douglas County Health Center Foundation, 4102 Woolworth Ave, Omaha 68105 (make checks payable to DCHC Foundation, and in memo section write “Williams S. Beans Fund-Tranquility Road”). A warm “thank you” to the nurses and staff at DCHC for the loving care they gave Bill. We were greatly touched by the personal care given to him.
