VISITATION: Tuesday, April 26th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, April 27th at 11am, West Center Chapel. Interment: Evergreen Memorial Park with Military Honors by Benson VFW Post 2503. Memorials will be directed by the family.

I’m sorry for your loss. Billy and I had many fun times together when we were on the Carl Vinson. I’m Thankful to have known him and he will be in my prayers. The memories are flooding back to me. Forever grateful to the Baggett family for your hospitality and love when I visited. Bless you.
