Ms. Kate, Bill, Lynn, Cindy, Suzie and Becky.
My words cannot properly express the sorrow for the loss of your dear husband and father.
He had tremendous influence and guidance to the men and women that followed him, and the outcome of their careers reflected all that Bill developed and did well at. Always a great source of advise, a guiding hand. He was a friend who will be deeply missed by “His Team”. Edgar and Caroline Butsch

Ms. Kate, Bill, Lynn, Cindy, Suzie and Becky.
We are so sorry of your loss. Bill had meant a lot to many. His help and guidance had propelled many of us to the careers that we have had working for Kiewit. Bill was always there when we needed help or advice in our different careers. I don’t know of anyone that Bill would not help. We will miss him, but we also know that there is another plan for Bill. To the family we share your sorrow
    God Bless

Our entire family is grateful to have known Bill. He was admired for his kindness, generosity, gracious hospitality, and wisdom. Our heartfelt sympathy for Kate and all the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will continue Bill’s legacy. We were talking about Bill the other day and we all agreed that “Bill was a tough Texan.” Yes, he was. When Bill made a decision to do something there was no doubt that it would be accomplished. Rest in Peace, Bill. Vicki, Chris and Ben Sempek and Delynn Sempek Ellis
