He is survived by his parents, Mark and Phyllis Horn; sister, Amanda; grandparents, Renate and Guenter Horn; many other loving family members and friends.
Funeral: Friday, June 2, 2023, 11:00AM at West Center Chapel with a visitation starting at 9:30AM.
Private Interment
In Lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to the family.
